My time is just as valuable as yours. When you book a service with me, I simply ask that you respect and value my time and services the same way I respect and value you as a client. My cancellation and No-Show Policy is clearly visible at the time of booking and you agree to it when you book a service with me. It is subject to change at any time, without notice.

Cancellation Policy
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

Appointments made within the 24 hour period that need to be cancelled, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the cancellation fee.

Cancellations with less than 24hours notice will be charged the full fee advertised for that service. 

If you fail to show for your appointment without notice, the full service fee will be charged to your card, as per this policy.

Refunds for services will not be given, as you have recieved the service provided. If you have any concerns or questions regarding the service you recieved, please contact me directly as your first step.

Products purchased are subject to the ACCC requirements for refund or replacement, and as such refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including financial change of mind, will not be considered.

If you purchase a skincare product and you have a product concern like texture, fragrance or are not satisfied with product performance, this does not consitute reason for a refund.

Refunds will be given as per the ACCC guidelines. Please contact me with any questions or feedback regarding any products you have purchased.



As a courtesy, I text to confirm your appointments 48hours prior to your appointment.  


Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.


I appreciate if you can respond to these confirmation requests within 24 hrs.

If your booking is not confirmed in the first 24 hrs, you will be sent a second reminder. 

Failure to respond by 9am on the day of your appointment will be deemed as cancelling and the cancellation policy applies.
